"The best AI is invisible to the end user — embedded in the workflow, not bolted on top of it."
Why Raysol

Built from the inside out.

Every Raysol product begins with deep domain expertise — not a generic AI wrapper applied to an industry we read about. Our founder spent years inside the industries we build for. The problems we solve are the ones that actually matter.

We build for NSW, Australia, and the global market — with the precision and regulatory depth that local compliance demands and institutional investors expect.

  • 01

    Domain-first design

We build from the inside of the problem. Product decisions are grounded in industry reality, not engineering assumption.

  • 02

    Compliance-grade precision

Designed to meet Australian regulatory standards from day one — not retrofitted after the fact. In our products, a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer.

  • 03

    Software-agnostic architecture

Our products integrate with your existing stack. We are the intelligence layer between your data and your decisions — not a replacement for your tools.

Company

We build AI that earns its place in the workflow.

Raysol is a product company. We don't consult. We don't build for others. We build our own products and deploy them where they create the most leverage — in the daily workflows of businesses that cannot afford to be wrong.

Mission

Precision AI for the real world.

Australia has over 2.5 million small businesses. Most are still making high-stakes decisions with incomplete data, manual processes, and tools designed for a different era.

Raysol exists to change that — not through generic automation, but through purpose-built intelligence that understands the precise regulatory, financial, and operational context of every decision being made.

We don't build AI that sounds intelligent.
We build AI that is provably correct.

Values

How we operate.

01
Correctness over cleverness
In compliance and financial contexts, a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer. We design for verifiable accuracy, not impressive demos.
02
Earned simplicity
The user-facing interface should feel effortless. The complexity lives in the system. We do the hard work so our users don't have to.
03
Regulatory literacy
We read the legislation, not just the summaries. Our products are built by people who understand the precise rules they are operating within.
04
NSW-first, globally architected
We start with deep local relevance and build the architecture to scale. Every product is designed to expand without being rebuilt.

TPAR Compliance Platform

The compliance layer between raw data and audit exposure.

An AI-powered pre-accounting engine that validates contractor payment data before it reaches your accountant — or the ATO. The first purpose-built TPAR compliance layer for Australian trade businesses.

Early Access — 2026
The Problem

TPAR errors begin long before lodgement.

Trade businesses — electricians, plumbers, subcontractors — must lodge an annual Taxable Payments Annual Report with the ATO, declaring all contractor payments. In 2025, over 11,000 businesses were penalised approximately $18 million for TPAR errors and late lodgements.

The root cause is data quality at the point of capture. Contractor records arrive as handwritten invoices, informal receipts, and verbal arrangements. By the time this reaches an accountant, it is frequently incomplete, inconsistent, and non-compliant. Existing tools do not bridge this gap — Xero and MYOB assume clean structured data; Dext digitises individual documents without cross-record validation.

The Solution

Validate at the source. Not at lodgement time.

The TPAR Compliance Platform acts as an automated pre-accounting layer, sitting upstream of Xero, MYOB, or any accounting system. It captures financial inputs via email, mobile upload, and document import — then applies a four-stage validation pipeline before anything touches the ledger.

Target Outcome
70% reduction in TPAR preparation time — for trade businesses and their accountants.
Core Features

Four validation layers. One clean output.

Each feature addresses a specific failure point in the TPAR workflow — not a generic document processing problem.

Multi-Channel Ingestion
Accept documents via email forward, mobile photo upload, or direct file import. Handles handwritten invoices, low-quality job-site receipts, and PDFs without manual preparation.
AI Extraction with Confidence Scoring
Extracts supplier name, date, amount, GST, and ABN from every document. Each field receives an individual confidence score. Low-confidence fields surface for human review rather than passing through silently.
Real-Time ABN Verification
Every contractor ABN is verified against the ATO ABN Lookup API at the point of capture. Invalid, cancelled, or unregistered ABNs are flagged immediately — not discovered at lodgement time.
Cross-Record Consistency Validation
Validates contractor payment data holistically — detecting duplicates, payment gaps, and name-ABN mismatches that single-document scans cannot identify. The architectural difference that makes TPAR compliance possible.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every data point linked to its source document, extraction confidence, and all human review decisions. Compliance-grade traceability that Dext, Hubdoc, and MYOB do not provide.
ATO-Compliant TPAR Output
Generates structured, ATO-compliant TPAR datasets as direct output. Compatible with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks — software-agnostic by design. No reformatting required.

Stock Recommendation Engine

Read the market with the clarity of a model and the judgement of a strategist.

A hybrid AI engine combining real-time market signals, fundamental analysis, and sentiment intelligence to generate risk-adjusted stock recommendations for active investors — with full reasoning transparency.

In Development
The Problem

Markets move faster than any analyst can track alone.

Active investors face an impossible information load. Earnings releases, macro signals, technical indicators, institutional flows, and news sentiment — no individual processes these coherently in real time. Generic screening tools apply static rules to dynamic markets. AI tools built on basic LLMs lack the financial rigour to be trusted.

The result is decisions made on incomplete information, emotional timing, and retrospective rationalisation — compounding into poor long-term performance.

The Approach

Hybrid intelligence: where models meet strategy.

The Stock Recommendation Engine does not replace human judgement — it refines the inputs to it. A hybrid architecture processes technical signals, fundamental metrics, and real-time sentiment simultaneously, producing risk-adjusted recommendations with full reasoning transparency.

Every recommendation includes a confidence range, the primary driving factors, and explicit conditions under which the thesis breaks down. The goal is not to predict the market — it is to help investors ask better questions, faster.

Capabilities

Three signal layers. One unified recommendation.

Processed simultaneously, weighted dynamically, and delivered with the reasoning that earned the signal — not just the output.

Real-Time Market Signal Processing
Continuous ingestion of price action, volume, options flow, and institutional positioning. Pattern recognition across intraday to quarterly timeframes.
Fundamental Analysis Layer
Structured evaluation of earnings quality, balance sheet resilience, free cash flow generation, and valuation relative to growth trajectory. Sector-specific weighting algorithms for accurate peer comparison.
Sentiment & News Intelligence
Real-time processing of earnings call transcripts, analyst reports, regulatory filings, and news sentiment. Detects divergence between narrative and underlying financial data.
Risk-Adjusted Scoring
Every recommendation is scored against volatility parameters, correlation risk within a portfolio context, and macro regime sensitivity. Position sizing guidance included as standard.
Reasoning Transparency
Every recommendation includes primary signal factors, confidence interval, and explicit conditions for thesis invalidation. No black-box outputs — every call is explainable and auditable.
Portfolio-Level Intelligence
Analyses recommendations in the context of an existing portfolio — flagging concentration risk, correlation clusters, and sector exposure drift before positions are added.
Who It's For

For investors who want an edge, not an oracle.

  • 01

    Active retail investors

High-conviction investors managing their own portfolios who want AI-assisted research without delegation of judgement. The tool sharpens the question — you still make the decision.

  • 02

Family offices and private wealth managers

Small teams without dedicated research infrastructure who need institutional-quality signal processing at a fraction of the cost of a Bloomberg terminal or a research desk.

  • 03

    Boutique fund managers

Emerging managers building differentiated investment processes who want AI as a research layer — not a replacement for portfolio management or investment conviction.

Be the first to access the Stock Recommendation Engine.

We are seeking a small cohort of beta investors to shape the product before public launch.

AI Control Plane

One interface. Every model. Total oversight.

Enterprise infrastructure for teams deploying multiple AI models in production. Monitoring, governance, cost attribution, and performance benchmarking unified in a single control layer — model-agnostic by design.

In Development
The Challenge

AI sprawl is the next enterprise governance crisis.

Enterprise AI adoption is accelerating faster than the infrastructure to manage it. Teams are deploying GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, open-source fine-tunes, and custom models simultaneously — often without visibility into cost, performance, or compliance posture across the stack.

The result: uncontrolled API spend, inconsistent output quality, shadow AI deployments, and zero audit trails for AI-assisted decisions. As regulation tightens, this is no longer a technical problem — it is a governance liability.

The Solution

Centralised intelligence for decentralised AI deployment.

The AI Control Plane is a model-agnostic management layer that sits above your existing AI infrastructure. It does not replace your models — it gives you total visibility and control over how they run, what they cost, and whether they perform as intended.

A single interface surfaces real-time performance metrics, cost attribution, output quality scores, and policy compliance status across every model and team in your organisation.

Platform Capabilities

Everything needed to govern AI at scale.

Unified Model Registry
A single inventory of every AI model deployed across the organisation — hosted, fine-tuned, and third-party. Version tracking, ownership mapping, and deprecation alerts built in.
Real-Time Performance Monitoring
Live dashboards for latency, throughput, error rates, and output quality metrics per model and per use case. Anomaly detection alerts before degradation reaches end users.
Cost Attribution and Budgeting
Token-level cost attribution mapped to teams, projects, and use cases. Configurable spend limits, budget alerts, and optimisation recommendations to right-size model selection.
Governance Policy Engine
Define and enforce AI usage policies across the organisation — data classification rules, PII handling, output filtering, and approval workflows for high-risk deployments.
Audit-Ready Decision Logs
Immutable logs of AI-assisted decisions — capturing input context, model version, output, and human action. Essential for financial, legal, and healthcare regulatory environments.
Benchmark and Model Comparison
Side-by-side performance benchmarking across models for your specific tasks. Move from provider lock-in to evidence-based model selection grounded in your actual use case.
